please ensure ur lifevests are on.. cuz seriously even ur a 100 STAR swimmer... when something bad happen.. u wont be able to swim anyway.. so WEAR UR FREAKING LIFEVESTS WELL PEOPLE. if u still wan ur lives.

today's training was... shiok n hiong..
did two super long triangles..
rowed t2 with addie cuz corinne was sick..(get well soon partner.. we need to conquer the small island one leh,haha)
because of the directions controling.. i strained my lower back.. i hope i can get well soon.

after lunch.. went to starbucks to wait fer the girl with alex. we really sat there and rotted for awhile. haha. anw, we gt ourselves two drinks! thanks girl.
talked alot with her.. felt really better speaking my hearts out. =)
